Bob and Colleen Newlin started Newlin Homes, Inc. in 1992. Prior to this, Bob had spent most of his life in the home building industry; first as a representative with a major manufacturer of doors and windows, gaining valuable knowledge about building components. In 1982 Bob went to work for a major Central Indiana home builder as the general manager, mastering all phases of home construction; most importantly, customer satisfaction.

Bob, Colleen, and their associates at Newlin homes are now building custom homes and undertaking special construction for a few select clients. It is their emphasis on innovative design and attention to details that sets them apart from other builders. In a brief period of time, Newlin Homes has gained a reputation for ethical business standards and promises fulfilled.
