4. Our bond with the Tippecanoe County Building Commission will be current. All of our professional subcontractors have also been bonded by the county. This protects you.

 

5. We have an alcohol-free policy in our company. None of our people will be drinking alcoholic beverages during the day, whether they are in your home or away on lunch.

 

6. We won't go to the bathroom, except in the port-a-pot. This helps keep your home and site clean. We recognize that this is your personal space and we should treat it right.

 

7. We will be planning your job carefully to ensure the best quality construction with the fewest delays. Nobody likes to be inconvenienced. We realize that and will plan accordingly.

 

8. Each home we build is a custom home. We realze people have different tastes, which is why we never build two houses the same. People are different, and we realize their homes should be different too.

 

9. We are building your new home, not just a house. All of our workers are dedicated to making this an enjoyable experience for you and producing a quality crafted Bob Newlin Home.

 

10. When we are done working, we will clean up thoroughly and to your satisfaction. We will go over the job with you and ensure that you are happy with our work.
